The Rockland Central School District seeks to gauge interest in an exciting four-week program at Frost Valley. This program will provide our students with adventure, learning, and personal growth opportunities in a stunning natural environment.
We understand that this summer, due to previously approved capital projects in both district buildings, we cannot hold our regularly scheduled four-week summer program.

Students eligible to attend are those currently enrolled in grades PreK to 5th. The program will run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, from June 30 to July 25 or July 28 to August 22. Students may attend one four-week session but not both.

A resounding congratulations to our NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete Teams!
We are incredibly proud to celebrate the exceptional achievements of our Cheerleading, Girls Basketball, and Boys Basketball teams, who have demonstrated outstanding success both on the court and in the classroom.
These teams have earned this prestigious recognition by achieving an average GPA of 90.00 or higher for at least 75% of their roster, as required by the NYSPHSAA Scholar-Athlete Award.
Your commitment to academic and athletic excellence serves as an inspiration to us all. Keep up the tremendous work!
This year, we’re switching things up to celebrate our Livingston Manor-Roscoe student-athletes in a special way!
Instead of the usual two seasonal awards banquets, we’re hosting two distinct end-of-year athletic awards events. Mark your calendars: one for all junior varsity and modified athletes on June 3, and another for all varsity athletes on June 11.

Big news from The Orange County Interscholastic Athletic Association (OCIAA)! The boys basketball coaches have spoken, and our very own Ben Johnston and Kaleb Maldonado have been named to the Class C & D All-Star Team! This is a fantastic achievement, voted on by their peers, and a testament to their hard work and skill. Huge congratulations to Ben and Kaleb! Livingston Manor-Roscoe boys basketball seniors Joshua and Kyle Hendrickson and Logan Park were honored earlier this week during Senior Night. Good luck to these young men as they embark on their next adventures beyond high school. Thank you to Bonnie Hoag for the wonderful photos!
Congratulations to the boys varsity basketball team which will take on Eldred in the Section IX Class D Boys Championship game at 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 4th. We wanted to share an update about our upcoming JV and Varsity boys’ basketball games scheduled for Tuesday, February 25th. The updated game times are as follows:
- Varsity Boys’ Basketball: Now starting at 4:30 PM
- JV Boys’ Basketball: Now starting at 6:00 PM
Please join us at LMCS gymnasium to cheer on our Varsity team as we honor our seniors during their Senior Night recognition—a highlight of the season! This will also be the final home game of the year for both our Varsity and JV squads, so it’s a great opportunity to show your support for all our hard working athletes as they wrap up the season on our home court.

The LM-R Board of Education election is scheduled from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 20, in the Livingston Manor gym. A snow date of Feb. 21 has been set. Absentee ballot application must be received by Feb. 19, with completed ballots due by 5 p.m. on the day of the vote. Due to predicted inclement weather for the afternoon of February 15, 2025, the Audra Spath Varsity Girls Basketball Tournament consolation and championship games will be adjusted for an early time.
The consolation and championship games will now be played on Saturday, February 15th, at 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. respectively.

Additional Information:
- All games will take place at Livingston Manor Central School District, located at 19 School St., Livingston Manor.
- Donations will be accepted at the door for the scholarship fund created in honor of Audra Sipple Spath, a beloved elementary school teacher at Livingston Manor who passed away in 2022.
Please note that the 3rd-6th grade youth basketball games, originally set for February 15th, have been moved to February 22nd. Times and location will remain the same.
