Dear Rockland CSD Community,
As Livingston Manor and Roscoe come together to form the new Rockland Central School District, we are excited to launch the next phase of our transition: creating a shared identity through the selection of our mascot and school colors.
The first step in this process is a ThoughtExchange—a platform where we are asking YOU to share the characteristics, values, and themes that should be reflected in our new mascot.
What should our mascot stand for?
We want to know what matters most to you—whether it's strength, unity, resilience, tradition, or innovation. Your input will help guide the Branding Work Group as they begin reviewing ideas and recommendations.
ThoughtExchange Quick Tips:
This exchange is confidential—your thoughts will be shared with others, but your identity will not.
You don’t need to rate every thought—try to rate at least 10–20.
Please share one idea per thought, but you are welcome to share as many as you'd like.
Return throughout the week to rate new thoughts as they’re added.
The exchange will close on Tuesday, May 27 at 11:59 PM.
If you experience any technical issues, contact Chris Hubert at: christopher.hubert@lmcs.us
Thank you for helping shape the future of Rockland CSD—together.
Sincerely,
John Evans, Superintendent
Rockland Central School District
