School physicals for any student who needs a physical for sports or the bi-yearly requirement will be offered from 10 a.m. to noon May 18.
Parents or guardians of students who wish to have their child’s physical done at school should call 607-498-4126, ext. 6107, or email adefreitas@roscoe.k12.ny.us. Physicals are valid for one year.
Copies of physicals for children who have already had their physical completed by their primary care doctor should be faxed to 607-498-6015.
